Phu Yen: Announcing the detailed planning of 1/500 lot of O Loan urban areas
Detail 1/500 scale of lots N-04, N-05, N-13, N-14, N-17, N-24, C-03, H-01, K7, X-01 under the Provisions O Loan urban planning has just been announced by the Department of Construction of Phu Yen Province and the People’s Committee of Tuy An District.
This 1/500 detailed planning project was implemented by the joint venture of La Vong Group Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Financial Investment Group Joint Stock Company and was approved by Phu Yen Provincial People’s Committee in Decision 526 / QD-UBND dated 8 / 4/2020. The planned area is 129 ha in An Hoa Hai and An Ninh Dong communes with a population of about 4,690 people.

This area is planned into 6 functional sub-areas including: public land area of over 5.9 hectares, greenery land of more than 9.4 hectares, residential land of 21.7 hectares, service land of 2.1 hectares, land of focal focal works. technical floor is over 2.5ha, nearly 30ha of forestry land and 41.5ha of water surface. In general, the architectural space of the entire planning area has a plate-like layout and low-spatial spatial route, combining green trees with landscape and sea view.
Mr. Bui Van Thanh, Chairman of Tuy An District People’s Committee, said that this project was made and widely announced as a basic step for the locality to call for and attract investment in this area in order to promote its potential advantages. O Loan lagoon is located in Tuy An district, with a total water surface of 1,570ha, 20 km north of Tuy Hoa city. The north of the lagoon is adjacent to An Ninh Dong commune in Tan Long and Phu Son villages, the south is adjacent to An Hoa commune in Dien Hoi village and An Hai commune in Dong Mon, Tan Qui and Xuan Hoa hamlets, the west is adjacent to An Hiep commune in My Phu and Phu Tan hamlets.
Seen from the south, the O Loan lagoon looks like a phoenix spreading its wings, while the map on O Loan looks like a swan leisurely flying in the deep blue sky.
O Loan lagoon is now classified by the Ministry of Culture and Information as a national monument.
